Since a few days we find many warnings in the ArcGIS Server log.
It is an HA environment in which the two AGS are in one site and the config stores etc. are on a FileShare.
It is a service that also has an ArcGIS Portal ID. We are not aware of any changes to the infrastructure. The AGS has access to the folders in the file share, the item itself is also enabled for the service-requesting user.
The following log entries are involved:
Exception in get user privileges Failed to return the service configuration 'ServiceName.MapServer'. Could not connect to the ArcGIS component at URL 'https://webadaptorurl/portal/sharing/rest/content/items/b0a3f18992264ca2b'. The ArcGIS component on that machine may not be running or the machine may not be reachable at this time.Error: Read timed out
