Can you access any current data in the geodatabase?

Those errors are pointing in the direction of a network/connection issues between ArcMap and your database server.

What is the CPU and RAM usage when this error occurs?

This is more on the SQL Server side than ArcGIS side. Setting the SQL memory to max means that it will use as much as possible on the box.

Thanks for reply George.

Yes I can access current geodatabase.

I can easily add data on arcmap from previously added data in database connection.

What are the resources of the SQL Server machine doing when this error occurs?

How often does it occur?

What are you doing to correct at this time?
