ESRI Geocoder Service Different Name For Single Line Input

I have two ArcGIS Geocoding Services but they have different Service Descriptions on Single Line Address Field: part

For This Service I have SingleLine enter image description here

but for This One it is Single Line Input

Can you please let me know why they are different and How I can configure them on Server or locator side?

Were the two locators created at the same version?  The only thing that comes to mind is that perhaps they were created using different versions and the naming convention changed slightly.  I haven't worked with locators in a while but I think the <locator>.xml file will have some clues as to the version?
