I’m upgrading from ArcGIS Enterprise 10.6.1 to 10.7 and had got an error during Spatiotemporal data store upgrade.

com.esri.arcgis.datastore.common.DataStoreException: Attempt to configure data store failed.. Extended error message: Spatiotemporal data store upgrade completed. But there are some problems found while migrating metadata. Run the repair tool to fix it.

Check the required conditions

For data stores associated with this computer, the necessary prerequisites are checked.

Data store type                                    Status

Spatio-temporal                                   Ready to upgrade

The describedatastore tool reports that all fine, the feature services from Spatiotemporal data store are not accessible and ArcGIS GeoEvent Server didn’t see no one Spatiotemporal Big Data Sources. But it is possible to create new ones.

Please help me to repair the data. Where I can find the repair tool to fix it?RJ Sunderman Thank you!

The following errors are in the GeoEvent log:

Hi Edwin

Unfortunately no. We tried to use repair tool https://support.esri.com/en/download/7544 but it didn’t help.

I think it was more than BDS issue – because later I found that relational data store was reporting that it was upgraded and federated (through ArcGIS Server rest admin) but in ArcGIS Server logs in DEBUG mode there were error that there was no federated relational data store.

So we rolled back to 10.6.1
