Does the geodatabase keep track of specific details for when editor tracking is enabled and disabled?

I know you can look at the properties of the feature class in catalog to see if editor tracking is enabled or disabled. And look at the editor tracking user/date field values as needed.

Does the geodatabase keep track of when editor tracking is enabled and disabled so you can see the date-time stamp, user and workstation details when editor tracking is enabled and disabled on a feature class?

Example 1, On premise point feature class in an SQL Server geodatabase registered as versioned without edit to base.

Have you considered the archiving option?  The time stamp of the modify can then guide you back to the archived edit to see the change?
