Hi, I would like to publish a print service that uses layout templates created in Pro (as opposed to ArcMap).
The layout (that I will use in the templates folder) has to contain the map frame, Grid and a legend.
When the Map Frame is empty and I attach a legend to it (see map1.jpg & legend1.jpg), it works fine but I cannot add a Grid to an empty Map Frame.
When the Map Frame is not empty and the legend points to a NONE map frame, it shows nothing (see legend2.jpg & result2.jpg).
When the Map Frame is not empty and the legend points to the Map frame, it shows the legend that was in the Map but not the one that the webMap shows (see legend3.jpg & result3.jpg).
I tested it in both Enterprise 10.7.1 and 10.9.1.
Somehow the combination of Map Frame, Grid and Legend does not work together.
Any solution (other than using ArcMap layouts...)?
