Hi Mohamma,

Are you running ArcGIS Server 10.3 or 10.3.1?  ArcGIS Server is not supported on Windows 10 until 10.3.1:

I installed version 10.3 . I already had Windows 7 that ArcGIS Server was installed in it and I upgrade it to win 10.

I see system reqirments. My hardware is match with ArcGIS for server system requirements. I have to use win 10.

Do you think that problem is from my OS?

Most likely if you are using 10.3.  Are you able to upgrade to 10.3.1?

Hello Jake!

I'm sorry. My English language is not very well. Yes, I have installed ArcGIS for Server version 10.3 and I cannot upgrade to 10.3.1.
