Create View Layer Expression Filter Functionality differences between Enterprise Portal v11 & ArcGIS Online
Hi there,
I am working in an Enterprise Portal (version 11x) and would like to know if there are limited filter expressions compared to ArcGIS Online when working with date/time fields. I am trying to select records that have been recorded in the last 24 hours and create a hosted layer view.
In ArcGIS Online, you are able to use fixed-date and relative-date filter expressions:
However, when working in Portal v11, these options are not available in the view layer options (they are available in the dashboard options though - Date-based filter conditions—ArcGIS Dashboards | Documentation) :
1. Can anybody confirm if there are functionality differences between the two filter expression options in the create layer view options in Portal v11 and ArcGIS Online?
2. Does anybody know of a work around to create a hosted layer view only showing records from the last 24 hours if the filter expressions are limited to fixed-date only in Portal?
