create app option in Portal is grayed out

Hello, 

I am trying to create a crowdsource reporter Crowdsource Reporter—Portal for ArcGIS | ArcGIS Enterprise  ArcGIS for Portal but for some reason the create app option is grayed out. Any idea Why is not available?

Hi Diego,

If you want to create an app from the Crowdsource Reporter template click on the 'Using a Template' option. You should then be able to search for Crowdsource Reporter from the available templates.  

The 'App' options is more like a sub-header and not a button. Below you have the option to create apps using a template or web app builder.
