Hello Jim For the data enrichment tools I would recommend checking your 'GeoEnrichment' service has been configured with portal. For the proximity tools I would recommend ensuring 'Directions and Routing' utility service has been configured for portal. Portal for ArcGIS - Configure utility service Looking at the documentation for the 'Find Nearest' tool it looks like it may require the hosting server to have an ArcGIS Server Advanced license. Or a ArcGIS Server Advanced license that includes the ArcGIS Network Analyst extension. This tool also requires the 'Directions and Routing' utility service to be configured. So if it's not configured that could also be reason why it's not showing up. Portal for ArcGIS - Find Nearest Hope this helps. Thanks, Thomas.

Hello @LindseyStone , You are correct it is recommend to use a GlobalID field for the primary key in a relationship class. As the tech article mentions you could then use a GUID field for the foreign key. This ensures the relationship is maintained with unique values generated for the GlobalID & GUID fields. You may be able to achieve the same results with attribute rules. Do the attribute rules generate a unique value when creating a new records through the feature service? You may want to test with using GlobalID & GUID's to see if it effect behavior in collector. Thanks, Thomas

Hello @DeanHowell1 , The web map JSON determines which portal items are consumed in the web map. Can you confirm if the items that should be in the web map still exist in portal? I would also recommend taking a look at item ownership and sharing for missing items. You can also use a tool called ArcGIS Online assistance to view the web map item JSON. ArcGIS Online Assistant We don't support this tool directly and I would recommend caution if you plan to make any changes the web map JSON directly. That said it may help you determine why the web map is missing content. Thanks, Thomas.

Hello @HikmetBiyikoglu, Are you able to update the .mxd to consume the cached map service over 'HTTPS' instead of 'HTTP'? Then retest your application is the ArcGIS Server service secured? Thanks, Thomas

Hello @cardiokan , If you are using the web map viewer you can reorder your layers after adding your item to the web map. Layers will always be displayed on top of a basemap and feature layers are always displayed on top of tile layers. Portal for ArcGIS - Organize Layers Thanks, Thomas.

Hello @LaurenceCramer, If you are able to publish a hosted feature service from a template and both data store and the federation validate it's possible the issue is specific to the shapefile. To gain more insight into the failure I would recommend reviewing the ArcGIS Server and Portal for ArcGIS logs after attempting to add the shapefile to portal. The logs should help narrow down the point of failure during the publishing process. Portal for ArcGIS - About portal logs ArcGIS Server - Work with server logs Thanks, Thomas.

Hello @HéctorMeléndez , If you are sharing your items as a copy once you restore portal (guest) to T1 and sync, any changes will be pushed to the hosted feature service in ArcGIS Online (host). The sync process will then add, remove or update records as necessary in the ArcGIS Online (host) hosted feature service to match the portal (guest) hosted feature service. Any items that were shared from portal (guest) to ArcGIS Online (host) but are not present in the portal collaboration group at the time of the syncing will be removed from ArcGIS Online. This same logic applies when sharing from ArcGIS Online to portal. If you are concerned about items getting removed you may want to re-share any missing items to the collaboration groups in portal and ArcGIS Online before syncing. Thanks! Thomas

Hello @gmcgwn The max record count determines the maximum number of features that can be returned in a single request. It doesn't limit the overall number of features returned to a client (e.g. ArcGIS Desktop or ArcGIS Pro). Thanks, Thomas

Hello Faith Webster Whether you are using ArcGIS Online or Portal for ArcGIS each user should have their own account to sign into Collector. Each user will then download an offline web map on their individual devices. It is possible for multiple users to sync to the same hosted feature service. If for example two users edit the same attribute in the same record in a hosted feature service. The user who sync last would overwrite the previous user edits. This would mainly be an issue if two users were editing the same record. If you are using portal and publishing a referenced feature service you have the capability of using versioning. Versioning can allow users to edit their own version of the data. When going through the reconcile and post process if there are conflicting edits you can then determine which edits to keep. Traditional Versioning: Esri Support ArcGIS Server 10.8.1 Hope this helps! Thanks, Thomas.
