I installed ArcGIS server and authorized it as advanced. I changed this to a standard authorization.
I tried using the standard authorization code on our account but I am not certain it was accepted. I also noticed the advanced server authorization count did not change. The standard authorization code count was reduced though.
How do I deauthorize the advanced license? I see how to do it for desktop software but cannot find the server deauthorization.
I would give a call to tech support and/or your customer service rep or distributor if you can'y resolve this. Typically when authorization issues arise, it requires esri help.
