Because of a server policy, the installation directory for ArcGIS Data Store was set to
D:\Program Files\ArcGIS\Datastore
rather than
C:\Program Files\ArcGIS\Datastore
So far, this hasn't caused any problems (we only use a relational tile store), but we are noticing an issue when upgrading from 10.5.1 to 10.6.1 during the final stage of Complete Upgrade. It might be related to this technical article regarding spaces in the filename.
Is there a technical article on how to change the installation directory of DataStore? Its high-availability, so my one thought is just to un-pair them, reinstall one to a directory with no spaces, rejoin, then do the same with the other data store.
