ArcSOC.exc are not shown in the ???windows task manager???,

I???m wondering why the ArcSOC.exc processes are not shown in the ???windows task manager??? where the windows server 2008 R2 is deployed

[ATTACH=CONFIG]24903[/ATTACH]

In windows 7, they are shown

[ATTACH=CONFIG]24904[/ATTACH]

What might be the issue here?

If ArcGIS server is running then my guess is that the system is filtering out ArcSOC processes.  See item 2 in the link below:

If ArcGIS server is running then my guess is that the system is filtering out ArcSOC processes.  See item 2 in the link below:

The answer is in your screen shot - check on "show processes from all users" in the bottom of the task manager window.
