ArcMap fails to build a mosaic from scanned hard copies successfully.
Despite that all the scanned hard copies are georeferenced and a boundary layer has been imported for the footprint in order to prevent overlap between the images, there are some images appear in black color!
Note that I have tried this mosaic on both versions 10.6.1 and 10.7.1 and it has the same issue.

What might be the issue?!
