It has been observed that ArcGIS server is not displaying user names, IP address or the machine name of the client systems while querying logs through “ArcGIS Server Manager” or login via REST/admin.
Is there any option / configuration changes needed / solution for accessing the user names, IP address or the machine name (who access the map services) for root cause analysis of severe errors in the “ArcGIS Server Manager” logs.
