ArcGIS Enterprise - Internal Load Balancer configuration

Hello,

For the below deployment scenario, configuration for lb (external load balancer, refer to enclosed screenshot) was found here.

However, does the lb documentation applicable for lb2 (internal load balancer, refer to enclosed screenshot), or any difference? How about the X-Forwarded-Host header, is it required for lb2?

I am looking for the documentation for lb2 (internal load balancer).

Need your help. Thank you.
