I am trying to set up a collaboration. Does anyone know how to update the web tier authentication?  When I copy data over to the nonhost server it requires a password.

When you are setting up a Distributed Collaboration, during the step to accept the guest organisation invitation, if the joining Portal uses web-tier authentication you will see the dialog you provided an illustration for. Please check web-tier authentication details in step 5a, Import invitation response in the Create distributed collaboration documentation.
