I don't know if what I want to do is possible, but it seems like it would be.
We are running ArcGIS Server/Portal 10.3 and we have users that have a lot of kml's and kmz's they want to get into the system. I want to create a geoprocessing service where a user can upload a kml or kmz, and append the records to an existing feature service. Seems do-able, but I wanted to reach out to the community to see if anyone has tried it before or if there are any existing tools that do it. The solution has to be a web service b/c the users don't have Arc desktop.
