Has anyone come up with an alternative to Streetmap Premium and HERE Traffic for live traffic routing? The solution perfectly fits our needs, but the $200,000+ annual pricetag (combined for the two services) is orders of magnitude more than we can justify.
I am happy to do whatever data processing, scripting, and programming is necessary, but I am not sure if anyone has come up with any other solutions that would yield an ESRI Routing Service with traffic enabled.
