AGS 10.2.2 - tokens/generate-token-html.jsp fix

The stylesheet http://localhost/arcgis/tokens/generate-token-html.jsp/css/main.css was not loaded because its MIME type, "text/html", is not "text/css".

Dear Esri team, in which version has this been fixed? Would it be ok in 10.6.1? In 10.4.1 it was still broken.

I have tried it out on 10.8.1, and there it looks fine.

I still have this issue with 10.4.1, but not on version 10.8.1. On which version has it been fixed? Would it be ok with 10.6.1?
