Portal, Server and Datastore are all at 10.6.1. We cannot export any hosted feature layers from portal to FGDB, every time we get an error that says "failed".
It doesn't matter how the hosted feature layer was created, (Survey123 Connect, created in Portal, ect...) they all fail to be exported to FGDB.
Anyone else experience this? It looks like this is happening after the upgrade from 10.6 to 10.6.1. Prior to the update, I exported everything to FGDB and it was working.
Here's the error in the Server Manager log:
Instance of the service 'System/PublishingTools.GPServer' crashed. Please see if an error report was generated in 'C:\arcgisserver\logs\machinename.local\errorreports'. To send an error report to Esri, compose an e-mail to ArcGISErrorReport@esri.com and attach the error report file.
Also validated the ArcGIS_Data_Store Managed Database in Server Manager, that was successful.
