Hey all,

Enterprise 11.1

I've recently finalized most of my Enterprise setup, and when installing the Workflow Manager, I seem to be experiencing what I can only assume is a bug, I'm getting this message here:

What's very odd though is this:

I have the license assigned, and I've restarted the servers multiple times, what could I do next?

In ArcGIS Enterprise 11.1assign to the user the Workflow Manager User Type Extension License.

Portal > Organization > Licenses
License "User Type Extensions" - "ArcGIS Workflow Manager" is deprecated at ArcGIS Enterprise 11.2

I hope this helps.

Good Morning,

Thank you for the response Marcelo, if I understand correctly, I'm incorrectly assigning the wrong license to my account, and there should be a user type license instead of an add on license?

Correct, at 11.1 you shall see Portal > Organization > Licenses > License "User Type Extensions" > "ArcGIS Workflow Manager" , read more below.

Licensing changes

At ArcGIS Enterprise 11.2, significant changes have been made to the way that Workflow Manager is licensed. We are excited to announce the removal of the ArcGIS Workflow Manager user type extension license requirement. Now, all members in your organization can access Workflow Manager services through your ArcGIS Workflow Manager Server Standard or ArcGIS Workflow Manager Server Advanced role.

With the ArcGIS Workflow Manager Server Standard license, you also gain access to email templates for automated job activity notifications, enabling you with enhanced capabilities in the web app.
