I would like to have other fields in my index feature also appear as page numbers and page name fields do. Is there a some dynamic text syntax that will allow me to post multiple fields of the index feature to various text boxes so that fields of the entire index record can be represented in different places on a given page? Currently it seems all I can display is page number and page name, which I'm both using for those purposes.
