I would like to ask if there is a way to update/edit services content (like tables) using the PSA (Primary Site Administrator) in the ArcGIS Server while the ArcGIS server and the Portal for ArcGIS are in a federated state. I'm aware this is not ideal but it's necessary due to our organization's limitations.
