Successfully shared a web layer with pro but fail to access data on portal

Hi everyone!
I successfully shared a web layer with ArcGIS pro and it can be seen on my portal.
On the overview page of the web layer, everything seems to be right as below.
BUT! I can't access the data of the layer!
- When I open the layer in map viewer, the layer can not be drawn. And I can't access data of the attribute table.
Is there a possibility that something is wrong with my server and data store? Because I didn't and is not able to create a tile catch data store.
