How do I ensure members of my organization also have access to a newly created sites page? I have already completed the following steps..
1. Member is a publisher in Group A
2. New Sites page has Group A as a authorized group
3. New Sites page is set to any member of organization can access
create portal site #assign members
Thank you for posting this question. The workflow you outline should add the members access to the site page automatically. This assumes the members of the group already exist. Was the group created with adding members automatically? Or are they being added via invitation?
