We have a Portal-created application that we share internally. In the Layer List, most of the items that are map services, and have an option when you right-click to see the "Description", while other layers have that option to "Show Item Details". Essentially, the "Description" is a link to the Arc Rest Service, while the "View Item Details" is the link to the Item Details, which we can edit.
Is there a way to change the link from "Description" to "Show Item Details?"
