ArcGIS Desktop (10.5) has the capability through Data Frame Properties, Clip Options to enable clipping based on an extent or a shape. Is this possible to do or carry over into ArcGIS Portal (10.5) for making explicit profiles showing only the allowed areas and restricting access to others?
