PUBLISHED Thematic Maps to join the portal arcgis

I have a layer lots, I performed the join with the property tax table and created the symbology. As I have several fields that wish to represent on the map I duplicated the layer with lots join and made several maps classified.
join field attribute arcgis for server workgroup
Then published the service in the arcgis server.
Added service in arcgis portal. But my rating does not appear in the portal.

How to make the layers appear in the classified portal?
