I have set up a basemap service on ArcGIS Server 10.5.1, then set the basemap as default basemap on Portal 10.5.1. The basemap displays fine on Portal map viewer.
But now, I want to use the Portal on mobile phone. Are there any to download the Portal basemap to mobile phone, so that user can use the basemap on mobile phones offline?
