Im am trying to use an imported picture(jpg) as a base map/background of my project and keep hitting dead ends. Arc 10 seems not to like the idea of this, any suggestions on how I can make this work?? I keeps getting overlayed by the white background of the layers; I have tried adjusted its order and transparency with no success. Thanks- Marcus
