Part of shp to lyr

I have a shapefile, I can turn on labeling and see the labels in the map... how can I make the labels in the shapefile
a layer file so I can use them in ArcGIS explorer ?     I'm just learning ArcGIS so be easy on me if I ask some dumb questions..

Labels are based on feature attributes. Take a look at the following help page:

Dear Dewaine Hobby ,

please follow steps .
1-display labels on in your shp.
2-You can use convert label to Annotations (click right your shp) ,after that you get labels seprate shp .
