We are on AWS Ubuntu Linux environment and using application load balancer instead web adaptors.
I am trying to upgrade ArcGIS Enterprise from 11.0 to 11.2. But I am running into the issue where I would not see the option to upgrade when going to the 7443 url. I do see option to upgrade while going to the portaladmin page. I tried using that and ran into issues where I was getting error about the license.

As I said if I try to upgrade from here upgrade is complete without any errors but when you try to access it shows this error:
After that I did try re-import license file that didnt help and I rolled back installed some 11.0 patches that i was missing and started over and now still getting the same home screen after installation. I was expecting to see the upgrade screen. And when I try to click the sign-in button on the right the url is redirected and shows like below:
I have opened a support ticket but no luck so far in past 10 days. ANy help regarding this will be greatly appreciated.
