Is there a way to move content from test to prod in Portal for ArcGIS 10.6.1?
There are a few ways you can do this:
1) Distributed collaboration
2) The Python API, specifically the Clone Portal users, groups, and content sample
and last and likely least:
3) Recreate the content manually

Just wondering if you were successful in any of the methods listed. We are about to start the exact same exercise and would appreciate not having to manually recreate the content in 3 separate environments...
