Measurement Results not appearing as User using Measuring Tool

Hi guys,

I am using ArcGIS portal 10.8.1

I am using the measurement tool in WAB and i get no results in the measurement results.

The strange thing is if i login as an admin, this works fine and I can see the results.

Any idea why this might be the case as a viewer user I can't see the measurement results?

@cardiokan, have you tried restarting the ARcGIS Portal Service?

Also try restarting the Hosting Server just to refresh everything that is being used by the Measurement widget.

I am getting a similar problem with the Measurement Tool on Portal WAB 10.8.1. Did the server & service reboot solve this issue?
