Max. record count updated, but still get error.

I have a feature service with approx. 20,000 records. I set maximum number of records returned by the server to 100,000, but I am still getting this symbol when I load the service into the map viewer. Does this mean the setting has not been applied? I understand it might be slow, but it should be able to draw all features now.

When I check service properties, the max record count is 100,000.

Hello Randy,

I believe the maxRecordCount parameter applies to the number of records that will be returned when querying at the REST endpoint. It does not apply to drawing in the map viewer. 

One way to test if the maxRecordCount was successful would be to run a query at REST and see how many items are returned.
