I’m encountering an issue with ArcGIS Experience Builder: after upgrading to Mozilla Firefox version 145.0, the Layer (or Map Layers) widget fails to display. Has anyone else seen this behavior?
I just opened up a similar support ticket with ESRI for Enterprise 11.3 Map Viewer. They did confirm the behaviour was reproducible.
Also interesting is that it works again in Firefox 147 (Nightly Build) so hopefully Firefox will release soon.
Interesting. Yes, I hope Mozilla moves quickly on this. It's one thing for me to shift to other browsers. But asking clients to do so is not a good option. Looks bad on the developer.
Yes, I can confirm also Map Viewer is definitely affected both on ArcGIS Enterprise 11.5 and ArcGIS Online using Firefox 145. Hope to see soon any updates from Mozilla.
Same issue.
I noticed my Chrome users having issues after the latest update to Chrome covered at https://community.esri.com/t5/arcgis-online-questions/message-asking-for-access-to-local-device-when...
The Chrome issue is due to a security feature added in the latest update of Chrome, could this be related to a similar update in Firefox?
Hi, Yes Firefox is aware of the browser update causing issues in Map Viewer and other applications and are working on a patch that should address it. In the meantime, everything should be ok in other browsers and FF versions.
Hello, Firefox released an update in that fixed this issue https://www.firefox.com/en-US/firefox/145.0.1/releasenotes/ Please let us know if you continue to see issues with the updated version.
This is known limitation, we have a bug logged for the same
BUG-000181004:ArcGIS Experience Builder, inconsistent behavior where layer names do not display in the Map Layers Widget when using Firefox v145.0.
