I recently installed ArcGIS Portal (on AWS) and when tried to test it, I found I am not able to add any ArcGIS Online layer or see existing online webmaps in the Gallery. The error is "the layer can't be added ". I can see my published layers but not online web layers, I have no idea how to troubleshoot this issue. Any suggestion?
