We are having ARCGIS Portal 10.8.1. We configured popup for layer in Web Map created from Map Service. We identified that Fields having URL starting with https:// is not appearing as hyperlink in POPUP Configuration in ArcGIS Portal 10.8.1. But, It is working as expected for fields having URL starting with http://.
Is there any solution and other workaround to achieve this?
