My javascript program needs to pass a file to some API of ArcGIS Javascript API 4.15 constructor only by its url (http or https). Does our ArcGIS Enterprise Portal have a proper API that I can address from my javascript program in order to upload the file to it (so that I would be able afterwards to handle its url to the constructor?
