Different home page items each time

Hello,

i have around 16 apps that i am sharing with the "featured maps and apps" group in order to show them on my home page.

Every time i open the home page i get a different order of the apps, even sometimes i get more or less items than the ones i shared.

Did anyone ever face this issue?

im using portal for arcgis 10.5

Hi Ali,

What is set for the 'Sorted by:' option in the group's setting?

I assume you're the admin of the organisation?

Have you tried setting a different group as the Featured Content option to see if the issue persists?

it is sorted by date and not ascending.

yes i am the admin

yes i tried to create another group and it worked fine but i need to fix it for the featured content since all the members are already in this group and i prefer not to invite them all to the new group.

any thoughts?

I only have access to 10.3.1 and I can't replicate the issue - is it worth getting in touch with your local Tech Support team?
