Data not fully configured in Dashboard when accessed through user account

Hi,

I am using ArcGIS Portal. I am able to view and edit dashboards through administrator account. When viewed from user account for dashboard  this is the error that occurs " not fully configured ".

I have already tested it in different web browser.

Possibly a sharing setting? As an admin, you can view any content regardless of its sharing settings, but other users may not be able to. Double check the features layers and/or maps used in your dashboard, and ensure that they're all shared in a way that other users can view.
