Dashboard owner unable to access dashboard

We're having an issue with one of our users being unable to access a dashboard in our Enterprise portal.

When the user attempts to access the dashboard, the page goes back to the ArcGIS Enterprise login screen, asking for the user's credentials. After they are entered, the login screen simply refreshes.

The weird thing is that the user is the one who created the dashboard, as well as the owner of the group that the dashboard has been shared to. They are also an Administrator of the Enterprise portal.

I'm not sure what the issue could be because they should theoretically be able to access this item since they have the adequate privileges. Does anyone know what could be the problem or point us in a direction towards what we should investigate?
