I am trying to get into my SAML configuration to update some settings in my Portal 10.8.1 environment, but clicking on the menu button doesn't do anything. I've been able to open and view these settings in the past, but now I cannot. The cursor changes to the hand like the button is clickable, but it doesn't do anything when clicked. I'm signed in with the built-in site administrator account. Has anyone else had this issue/know of a workaround?
@ThomasM I'm exactly seeing this issue as well with our 10.8.1. The triple dot menu doesn't open anything.
Did you find out the solution to that? or know how to edit the SAML login?
We need to update the certificate as the IDP has updated theirs and now breaks the SAML login.

Might try using a different browser, but I don't recall if I was able to get this fixed or not. We ended up not implementing Portal at version 10.8; decided to go straight to 11.
