Hello all!

I'm fairly new to Portal, so I will explain what is happening.

I have to convert a basemap from RD New to WGS 84 and publish it to Portal as a hosted tile layer. I have the aprx with all the layers used for the RD New basemap. I converted it to WGS 1984 Web Mercator (auxiliary sphere), and the map coordinates are in WGS 1984 Web Mercator (auxiliary sphere). In ArcGIS Pro (3.3), I use "Create Vector Tile Package". For the tiling option, I leave "Package for ArcGIS Online | Bing Maps | Google Maps".

The package is created without a problem. I upload the vtpk package on Portal via "New Item" and choose to create a hosted tile layer. Once I open it in Map Viewer Classic, I immediately get the message:

"The layer, xyz, can not be added to the map because its coordinate system or tiling scheme can't be adjusted to align properly with the basemap."

And the basemap is not shown. If I try to Open in Map Viewer, I can see the basemap, but if I try to add any layer or a Topo, I get a message of incompatibility.

I have tried to use other Tiling schemes for WGS (VTTS_3857_WGS_1984_Web_Mercator_Auxiliary_Sphere), and I have tried to convert it to WGS 1984 World Mercator, I keep getting the same error.

Does anybody have an idea of what I am doing wrong?

Thank you!
