Category Gallery Application Loads a Blank Page

Hello,

In Portal for ArcGIS 11.2, we have 3 Category Gallery applications all of which load a blank page when opened on the browsers I've tested with (Firefox and Google Chrome). Clearing the cache does not help. The Firefox console shows the following errors when the page is loaded.

Failed to load ‘https://<domain>.org/portal/jsapi/jsapi4/esri/widgets/support/widgetThemeUtils.js’. A ServiceWorker intercepted the request and encountered an unexpected error.

Error: scriptError: https://<domain>.org/portal/jsapi/jsapi4/esri/widgets/support/widgetThemeUtils.js  

Failed to load ‘https://<domain>.org/portal/jsapi/jsapi4/esri/views/support/WatchUpdatingTracking.js’. A ServiceWorker intercepted the request and encountered an unexpected error.

Error: scriptError: https://<domain>.org/portal/jsapi/jsapi4/esri/views/support/WatchUpdatingTracking.js 

Failed to load ‘https://<domain>.org/portal/jsapi/jsapi4/esri/views/support/floorFilterUtils.js’. A ServiceWorker intercepted the request and encountered an unexpected error.

Error: scriptError: https://<domain>.org/portal/jsapi/jsapi4/esri/views/support/floorFilterUtils.js 

Any help resolving this will be appreciated.

Hello, 

These sounds like two separate issues, and while they might appear to be linked, they should be treated as unique issues.

Please have the authorized maintenance contact create a support case for the following:

  1.  Gallery apps not working after upgrade to 11.2
  2. Upgrade from 11.2 to 11.3 causes site to be inaccessible
