Cannot Upload files to Portal

Getting an odd, encrypted error in Portal when trying to upload any kind of file - Going through My Content, Add Item, From my Computer.  first part of the error is 'fsjsontoken2y..'   (I did have a tag but deleted it before taking this screen shot, so that's not the problem).

Great - thanks Derek.  Noticed that it has the patch for 10.3.1 and 10.4.1 but not 10.4, which is what we are running.  Not in a position currently to switch our Portal installation.  Would 10.4.1 patch work?

Sorry, I did not notice that you are running Portal 10.4. It looks like the 10.4 patch is coming soon and not quite ready for release yet.
