I followed the instruction from ESRI page to set up Custom Print. It can't print contents from my organization. However, when I toggled off my layers and print only the contents from Living Atlas, it printed fine, just not legend showing. I also tested it with the Print Tool that comes with Portal. Same thing. It worked fine with 3rd party/living atlas layers, but not my own layers. Does anyone experienced the same? What can I do to resolve it?
