Hi. I'm trying to convert dwg data into shp (I'm using data interoperability for that), but i have a problem. In CAD i have some feature as arcs, representing some parcels edges and when i'm importing them in arcgis, they seem to be fine, but when i'm adding another layer that represents the roads, in the area of arcs, remains a gap between them and the roads, and i don't know how to make it right. I tried the tool integrate, but it affects the surfaces and also the shape of the feature. I don't know how to do it right and i'm hoping that you can help me. Sorry for my english, and i'm hoping that you understand what i wanted to say.

Matei,

Without utilizing the Data Interoperability extension, you can bring your DWGs right into arcmap -- where you can at least turn all the drawing layers on/off. Assuming your DWGs are properly spatially referenced, you should be able to zoom into the area and see if the native DWG exhibit the same behavior in ArcMap.

Also, there is no gap if you look in the reference DWG?
