Need help upgrading to Portal 11.3 from 10.9.1
I AM GETTING ERRORS WHEN UPRADING FROM 10.9.1 TO 11.3 Portal. I cannot access the data stores. ESRI helped with the upgrade, but they are also without words and can provide no answers. I returned to the backup. Has anyone had this problem and how did you resolve it?

Customize error page when ID is wrong

Renaming WMS layers at the point of adding them
OK - I know we are cutting it close, but we are just about to retire our 10.8 server and move to 11.5, but I think this change was made in the 10.8>10.9 jump.
